PRE-REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED. The HCOMP-18 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, the conference banquet, the poster/demo reception, lunch on July 7, and electronic access to the HCOMP-18 Conference Proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at the workshops on July 5.
Collective Intelligence 2018 (CI 2018) Discount: HCOMP-18 registrants who also register for CI 2018 are eligible for a discount of $25 on their full HCOMP-18 conference registration. This will be matched separately by CI 2018. Details are available at the HCOMP-18 online registration form.

The HCOMP-18 workshop fees include attendance and a box lunch on the workshop day, Thursday, July 5. Technical registrants are eligible for a discounted rate. The deadline for refund requests is June 15, 2018. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at hcomp18@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. Onsite registration will be held at the University of Zurich, July 5-8 in Room KOL-E-21, KOL, Rämistrasse 71, 8006 Zürich. All attendees must pick up their registration packets for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Thursday, July 5 from 8:00am - 2:00pm; Friday and Saturday, July 6-7, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and Sunday, July 8, 8:30am - 11:00am. Registration hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
