PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The HCOMP 2019 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the Welcome Dinner and Fireside Chat on October 28, the poster/demo reception on October 29, breakfast and lunch October 29-30, and electronic access to the HCOMP 2019 Conference Proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at the workshops on October 28.

HCOMP 2019 workshops will be held October 28, just prior to the technical conference. The HCOMP 2019 workshop fee includes attendance at any workshop, as well as breakfast and lunch on the workshop day. Please register for your primary workshop only, but you may move between workshops, if desired. Workshops are individually priced. A discount is applied for main conference registrants. Individuals wishing to attend the workshops only should select the Workshop Only option for their registration type. The workshop only fees do NOT include admittance to any HCOMP 2019 technical sessions, the opening dinner, or the poster session.

Admittance to the HCOMP 2019 Welcome Dinner and Fireside Chat (October 28) is included in the HCOMP 2019 technical conference registration. It is not included with the workshops only registration. Guests are welcome for the following fee:

The deadline for refund requests is October 4, 2019. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at hcomp19@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. Onsite registration will be held in the foyer of the Skamania Lodge meeting room, October 28-30. All attendees must pick up their badges for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Monday, October 28 from 8:00am – 5:00pm; and Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29-30, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Registration hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
