Conference participants (including attendees and sponsors) who violate the terms of this policy may be excluded from submitting to or attending HCOMP meetings.
This code applies to all workshops, conference sessions, banquets, and other conference-related social events such as outside meals or social gatherings, as well as social media interactions.
Anyone who has been the victim or witnessed unacceptable behavior described above is encouraged to contact the HCOMP council, AAAI staff, or the HCOMP conference chairs by email or anonymously. The victim’s confidentiality will be maintained.
