PRE-REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED! The HCOMP-17 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, the conference banquet, the poster/demo reception, and electronic access to the HCOMP-17 Conference Proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at the workshops on October 24.

The HCOMP-17 workshop fees include admittance to one workshop on Tuesday, October 24, and any accompanying electronic material. Those registered for the Main Conference Technical Program rare eleigible for a discounted rate.

Admittance to the HCOMP-17 Opening Reception (October 24) is included in the HCOMP-17 technical conference registration. Guests are welcome to attend for an additional $40.00 fee.
Admittance to the HCOMP-17 Banquet at The Garrison Club (October 25) is included in the HCOMP-17 technical conference registration. Guests are welcome to attend for an additional $65.00 fee.
Pre-registrants may order a hard copy of the HCOMP-17 proceedings, which will be mailed after the conference. The preconference discounted price will be determined in fall 2017. Shipping and handling will be added. Individuals who select this option will be contacted regarding the final cost after the conference.

The deadline for refund requests is September 29, 2017. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at hcomp17@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Pre-registration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. Onsite registration will be held in the foyer on the second floor of the Hilton Quebec on October 24 and in the foyer of the St. Louis Ballroom on the first floor of the Hilton Quebec on October 25. Onsite registration will be available on the third level foyer of the Quebec Convention Center on October 26. All attendees must pick up their registration packets for admittance to programs.
