PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The HCOMP 2024 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, and access to the electronic HCOMP 2024 proceedings.

To register online, please complete the form at https://aaai.getregistered.net/hcomp-24. If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.
The deadline for refund requests is September 13, 2024. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at hcomp@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted HCOMP 2024 authors or registrants with a completed registration with payment. You can access the visa letter request form via the link in your registration confirmation email.
Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. Onsite registration will be held in the hall of the conference event, October 16-19. All attendees must pick up their badges for admittance to programs.
