PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The HCOMP 2023 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the social dinner on November 7th, the poster/demo session on November 6th, lunch and coffee breaks on November 6-8, and electronic access to the HCOMP 2023 Conference Proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at the workshops on November 9.

Admittance to the HCOMP 2023 Social Dinner is included in the HCOMP 2023 technical conference registration. It is not included with the workshops only registration. Guests are welcome for the following fee:

The deadline for refund requests is October 6, 2023. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at hcompreg@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted HCOMP-23 authors or registrants with a paid, completed registration. You can access the visa letter request form via the link in your registration confirmation email.

Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. Onsite registration will be held in the hall of the conference event, November 6-9. All attendees must pick up their badges for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00am – 5:00pm; and Thursday (workshops) 8:00am – 1:00pm. Registration hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
